It is exciting indeed!" "Yves will be telling us about how he founded his company way back when in Quebec, how he grew it into the well-known Yves Veggie Cuisine and how he established Garden Protein International," Mike Boehm, BCFPA Director and member of the FoodProWest Organising Committee added. "It is an inspiring story and Yves is a very compelling speaker. This should be one of the highlights of the day." "The Industry Expert Panel we present after the keynote proved to be very successful in previous years," Nico Human, BCFPA CEO added. "Expertly managed by Guyle Tippe of BCFPA members KPMG, this is the time on the program when we all get a glimpse of what it is like to run a successful food processing business. This year—with event theme Energy/Sustainability—the three members of the panel will each bring a unique perspective to the panel. We tongue firmly in cheek say it will be called the Coffee-Breakfast Cereal-Milk panel!" Lloyd Bernhardt , CEO of Ethical Bean, will bring the "coffee" perspective. Arran Stephens , CEO of Nature's Path, will bring the "breakfast cereal" perspective and much more! Rounding out the panel will be Gay Hahn , Avalon Dairy CEO. She will bring the "milk" perspective. "There are still a few speakers to announce," Human added. "Watch this space for updates!" "You are also invited to visit www.bcfpa.ca/event/387 to find more information about FoodProWest 2010," Human concluded. "If you have not signed up yet for this exciting and inspiring day of learning, networking and fun, please do so as soon as possible. Time is running out quickly and we don't want you to be disappointed!"
